You are not required to provide any personal information to us to use the Service.  However, if you want to communicate with us, you must provide certain personal information such as your full name and email address. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal information you provide is accurate and up to date. We may require creation of a username and password to create an account, if applicable.  You should notify Unite in Africa immediately if you believe your user identification, password or other identifying information has been lost, stolen or otherwise compromised.  You are solely responsible for all damages or claims that may arise from any access to or use of this Service by any person to whom you have provided your user identification, password or other identifying information, or by any person who has obtained such information from you, including, but not limited to, any access to or use of this Service that may occur after you have notified us that your user identification, password or other identifying information has been lost, stolen or otherwise compromised.

All rights, title and interest in and to the Service and all intellectual property rights, including all copyright, trademark, patent and trade secret rights therein shall remain with the Company and our licensors and vendors.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL UNITE IN AFRICA ITS AFFILIATES (the “UNITE IN AFRICA ENTITIES”) BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSS) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT ANY UNITE IN AFRICA ENTITY HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE.

GOVERNING LAW AND STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS

The laws of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts govern these Terms and any cause of action arising under or relating to your use of the Service, without reference to its choice-of-law principles.
